Office Clerk 



The Office Clerk is responsible to assist the Administrative Services Manager by providing essential functions that pertain to sales, procurement, and shipping documentation.


  • Assist Administrative Services with all essential business functions of the operating company. 

  • Perform data entry functions.

  • Perform all necessary USDA inspection functions.

  • Complete all necessary shipping documentation.

  • Assist with the finalization of the invoicing of the OPCO sales orders.

  • Monitor the bonded product movement and documentation through the FTZ zone.

  • Create the invoice for the 3PL business functions.

  • Assist the sales and procurement personnel as needed.
  • File sales invoices and A/P documentation as needed.  
  • Backfill for other office clerks.

 Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment

 This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  

 Physical Demands

 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional extended hours required.

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS (minimum experience, knowledge, background)
1. High School Diploma
2. Training or experience in computer applications. 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in the Food/Produce Industry
  • Relevant certifications
