Position Summary:  Provides excellent customer service and assists with daily operations of the background screening department. 

Responsibilities:
• Processes US Sex offender searches
• Assists with Texas Stateside research
• Assists with Federal level research
• Coordinates incoming disputes and handle copy requests
• Processes and fulfills MVRs in some states
• Requests and processes releases
• Answers and handles incoming customer service calls
• Makes outgoing calls
• Handles vendor requests for more information needed on applicants
• Provides clients with the assistance needed for background screening services via phones, fax, and email
• Researches records for criminal and non-criminal history
• Grading and compliance of criminal history
• Processing of releases and other received materials
• Coordinates incoming disputes and handle copy requests
• Answers and handles incoming customer service calls
• Makes outgoing calls
• Other responsibilities as assigned 
 
Qualifications required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of customer service experience
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
• Strong deductive reasoning and problem solving abilities
• Current PI License, or will obtain PI License 
 
Qualifications desired:
• DISAWorks® system experience

Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
