Job Summary: 
This role is a collection specialist out of Manchester, NH along with providing administrative and operational support for all aspects of the collection process. 

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Average % of time split among daily duties
Responsibility

Administrative support that includes creating authorization forms in DISA360.  Scheduling drug and alcohol tests directly in FormFox, organizing clinic paperwork and searching for clinic chain of custody forms. Support third party and clinic billing tasks. Monitoring of the open Chain of Custody report and working the chase list. Other office support tasks as needed.

Clinic, on-site and mobile collection specialist. Performing drug screen and breath alcohol collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation when needed.Travel and some weekends will be required.

Essential Requirements:
• Data entry and office experience
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills

Required Education: 
• High school diploma 

Preferred Education:
• (2) years of customer service experience
