Position Summary: 
Oversees field operations initiatives through planning, coordinating and directing resources within a specified area while supporting and meeting goals set forth and established within other lines of business.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Responsibility

Maintain contact with all clients and owners in responsible area to ensure satisfaction.  Assist clients, owners and collection sites with questions and issues.
 
25% Know and understand all clients’ policies and ensure that client’s turnaround times are at an acceptable level.

Ensure all assigned clients and owners are trained on policies and procedures in required timeframes and provide classroom training on an as needed basis.  Assis with navigation/training in DISAWorks®, a proprietary data management system.  Maintain all required certifications.  Promote DISA services to all clients during the training process.  Work with and audit third party and DISA collection sites to ensure compliance with DOT specimen collection regulations and protocols.

Attend client and owner meetings in designated area and provide support during special project initiatives.  Develop action plans for area turn around, rollouts, informational meeting in accordance with corporate policies. 
Follow up with manager and corporate departments to ensure that necessary resources are allocated as requested in support of initiative

Ensure that all reports (compliance and statistical) are pulled and delivered to owners
Ensure that all non-compliant clients are called in accordance with corporate directive
Communicate with owners on contractor compliance, and ensure that all owners are aware of the compliance section on the members tab and encourage their participation in the compliance process

Ensure budget and testing numbers for area are maintained as forecasted.  Research and develop potential owners in area.  Assist when needed with invoicing issues. Conduct drug and alcohol collections when needed

Requirements:
• Two (2) to six (6) years of corporate/retail customer service experience
• DISAWorks system experience 
• Prior client service/sales experience
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients, customers, or employees of the organization
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
• Ability to travel up to 75% for client visits, including some overnight travel

Required Education:
High school diploma 
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 8:00AM- 5:00PM
