**Bet on yourself to build the career you want**
Do you excel at building long term relationships?
Are you looking for someone to invest in your future?
Are you good at thinking outside the box in order to manage projects?
Would you like to have control of your income?
Consider a career in outside sales with a strong, dynamic team!
We’re looking for DRIVEN, COMPETITIVE individuals to join our Sales & Leadership Development program and pursue a long term career in SALES. The first 6 months of your career will be spent learning the daily operations of a warehouse: shipping and receiving, material handling, and deliveries. After establishing a basic understanding of how the industry works, you will move to counter sales and engage with our customers face-to-face. During this 6-12 month phase, expect to spend time in the field with manufacturers learning about products, engaging with our customer base, and managing special projects to improve the customer experience. In the final 3 months of the training program, you will spend between 20%-40% of your time making sales calls, building relationships, and participating in market discovery. Upon completion of the training program, candidates will operate as a FULL TIME OUTSIDE SALES TEAMMATE, setting their OWN SCHEDULE and earning commission with UNLIMITED UPSIDE.
· Understand and participate in daily warehouse operations, including pulling orders, operating a forklift, and driving a commercial truck (CDL not required)
· Build and develop relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
· Manage inventory levels and logistics associated with project timelines
· Contribute to strategic business decisions and long term planning
