We have provided customers with quality service for over 35 years and continue to do so today.    As a wholly owned subsidiary of Odyssey Logistics and Technology Corporation, RPM consistently provides excellent well-rounded services and on time delivery to its clients.  Our Royal Hawaiian Express has current openings for Warehouse Customer Service Representatives in our facility in Fullerton.  Starting pay for the position is $18.00 - $20.00.  Shift hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (overtime likely several days), Monday to Friday.





·       Read and answer all corresponding e-mails

·       Answer calls regarding receiving hours, directions and appointments

·       Data entry

·       Order creation

·       Enter weekly booking numbers

·       Provide trip status updates

·       Provide sailing score card report

·       Calculate cube

·       Route Inbound/Outbound shipments

·       Understanding of Hazardous Materials requirements

·       Identify and label hazardous materials

·       Photo copy all paperwork of processed shipments

·       Check off and file all warehouse copies of shipments

·       Write up and release completed trips

·       Write up hazardous manifest and forward to appropriate parties

·       Communicate with internal and external vendors

·       Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate pick ups of equipment

·       Issue purchase order numbers for empty equipment ordered

·       Track all inbound/outbound containers

·       Log completed containers

·       Log all cube received

·       Assist in gathering KPI for manager

·       Constant communication with Supervisor

·       Communicate with office staff

·       Write up and release Miller loads

·       Write up and release empty pallet loads






          This position is responsible for supervising no one.





High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.





Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.





Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.





Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
